How each gated tool gets decided. A tool approved untouched in at least 95% of 20+ decisions is costing approvers time — use its “Auto-allow…” button to stop gating that tool for that app (adds an ALLOW rule as a new policy version, after a confirmation), or write a narrower rule in Policies.
